No longer able to make WiFi calls from smartphone, phone is in safe mode.
- Am connected from a broadband connection, WiFi enable, smartphone's WiFi is enabled, flight mode is enabled, EE cellular - disabled.
Tried calling 150, nothing, no connection. Tried calling another mobile network operator's Customer Service number, nothing connects through WiFi calling.
WiFi Rooster 🐓, what has happened?!

Thanks

Hi @354-
Try activating EE cellular as and taking your device off flight mode.
Thanks

Likely to be related to the EE widespread network issue going on, and so hopefully it'll be working again soon.

@Northerner - Thanks. Though I am not sure why WiFi calling will not work at the moment when EE cellular is toggled off?
Previous in the past, WiFi calling has worked perfectly when the device was in flight mode, WiFi enabled on the device, WiFi calling enabled, EE cellular off.

@chistery - hope so too!

Went for a "reset network settings" on the device.
IMS registration is now showing as registered after performing the reset network settings. (Previously IMS registration was "Unregistered".) More time is needed I guess.
