This is same problem I’m having with ee in east Bristol indoors no signal can’t receive calls or txts complain and signal checker says there a problem report later I believe this is because a lot of people have complained about this on outrage sites and downdetector being lied to saying it’s nothing they can do they is bad service and false advertised look on outrage sites

The post you'd added was almost 4 years old, so yours have been moved to a new dedicated thread.

Downdetector & istheservicedown sites are very broad brush with no local detail, thus they can be useful for national outages but are beyond useless for anything more local. EE's mobile status checker is at https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker > "check status"

No mobile network will predict attainable data speeds either indoors or outdoors, the technology doesn't allow it as with landline broadband services. Neither will any network operator likely ever offer 100% national indoor coverage, WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone for calls & texts anytime you have a WiFi-internet connection,

I presume "outrage sites" is a typo for "outage sites" - see my second paragraph for comments on those. Is there a specific area of East Bristol you're having problems in? And how long has this been the case for?
