No 4g

We haven’t had 4g for 2 days and I can’t message the tech support and no one is answering phones! Any advice anyone. I literally can’t make calls right now either!

alot of people in our village are having the same problem!

Do you have no coverage at all, or are you using 2G/3G service instead?

Have you checked the faults & issues tool under "check check status" for known problems in your area? You can also use the "report a problem" link on the same page, and I'd encourage every user in your village to do the same if necessary.

You should be able to use WiFi-calling anytime you have indoor coverage issues.
