I have just purchased a new iPhone (14) - now very poor signal, audio and calls dropping out, this never happened with my older iPhones. I have checked signal in area and ee tell me all is fine, what should I do? I have used the old sim from my old phone which it says is compatible with my new phone - could this be the issue? Really welcome advice as the new phone is almost unusable. The issue only seems to happen when I am at home though and intermittently. Sometimes, a call is fine fir 20 minutes then cuts out as if signal drops. Please help!
