Network problems in your area

For months there has been a problem with the signal in my area, it always says “we are working on it & expect good service in 16 hours” anyone know what’s going on?

There is likely to be a site-specific reason for this, which CS should be able to advise on if you contact them.

I remember 12 months ago they said the mast is oversubscribed, surely they would of sorted it by now.

Assuming that this is the case and therefore a capacity addition is the fix, much depends on the individual site config and what's needed to add the extra carriers and/or techs.

If antenna works are needed, or there is another dependency or third party issue, this could easily add time to the process.
