Outgoing is working but Incoming from Other Network is not working

Hello, 

My Outgoing on my EE is working but Incoming from Other Network is not working. It says that “This user is UnAvailable”. However, if I dial from my other EE number then I do receive incoming calls..”. Strange!

 Is anyone else is having same issue?

I have the same issue right now.I tried everything with Apple assistance but they couldn’t help me out and advised me to contact the EE support.

Yes, it is better to call them tomorrow or if they are open then visit them so that they can sort out the issue.

Are you on ee PAYG or pay monthly contract.

Have you tried restarting your device.

Are you on EE mobile network or wifi calling.

Have you recently ported your number in from another network? Porting data being awry is the usual cause for being able to receive "on-net" calls but not "off-net".
