Network Status Checker

Why have you hidden the network status behind a your log in.

Why do we have to go an extra step just to check for network issues?

You literally have gone backwards in development in doing this.

Morning @XRaySpeX

It sounds like this needs to be looked into further. I'm going to pop over a Private Message to follow this up.

I agree 100%. The enforced 2 factor authentication using SMS is not helpful if I am somewhere that's having problems receiving text messages.

The status checker appears to have been unavailable for a while.

Is there a status checker checker available to tell us why?

Good morning @smalley83.

Welcome to the EE Community!

I've given this a try at my end and it looks to be working when I log in; it could be worth giving this a try on a different device to see if the issues persist.

We also have a network status checker available on our coverage checker.

Just pop in your postcode, and along with an estimate of general coverage nearby, it will let you know if we have any ongoing incidents reported, and also give the option to submit a new report.

Peter

Just tried on another device and exactly the same result.
