No signal  again locally and being taken round and round again by the wonderful EE webpages.

EE have our phone numbers and where we live surely it would be polite to inform the customer if there is going to be an outage , imagine if you were working from home or running B&B or a farm ! Come on no excuses you have our money every month.

Agree 100%

Still no signal . Well this is the SECOND time we’ve been cut off for a mast upgrade and I guess the “third mast” will need an upgrade so I will have a further outage in the days ahead.
Maybe this time a nice email or text will arrive to give some warning!

Depending on the individual site config and specifics of the changes being made, sometimes a complete outage will last several days or it may be just during onsite work - with restoration of particular services out-of-hours.

Register for my-places updates and you'll get the emails/texts you seek. Now and in the future.

Already registered :- Did Not work I’m afraid until we realised there was no mobile signal.
This is all work scheduled in by date and time and I’m afraid it’s a case if can do better PLEASE.
Customers pay good money for a service and it’s not their job to go seeking out the issue when it falls over. Technology must work both ways, just be nice and inform the customer in good time there will be a period of no service.
Back now from a 60 mile round trip to hospital and fantastic I have TWO bars showing on my phone.
