Hi,
I have a Samsung S10 which I've owned for 5 years now, however since March of this year I've been unable to get a 4G signal anywhere within Merseyside and Manchester both indoors and out. Outside of these areas however it's fine. I've checked the network status on the EE website which shows no issues and even contacted EE which they replied the same.
Any idea why? Only seems to be limited to the above areas and elsewhere I get a strong 4G signal.

I would struggle to believe a complete lack of 4G coverage across such a wide area without there being a lot of press attention!
Do you know any other EE users locally, whom you could compare service with? Does EE show on a manual network search in the affected localities?

Yeah I suspect it must be something on my end that's the issue but I cant think of it being the phone as it picks up 4G elsewhere except at home or around my local area and indeed into Manchester but down the road into Widnes and it works fine. Only started around March of this year (I did go away to Barbados and it might have been when I got back).
AFIAK no one else has this issue with EE as I've mentioned it a few times to friends ans family. As for the manual network search, no nothing shows up on it.

Are you saying that no network operators show as available? That's a strong indicationn of a device issue if so.
That manual network search should find all available networks.
