I recently left EE but I am still receiving MyPlace Updates. How can I stop this now that it will not let me text STOP to the EE number?
Thanks!

Can I use the landline number instead of 150 as I HATE phoning 150.

Hey there, @Tollercranston
Could you please let us know a bit more about what you were wanting to do with these My Places updates?
If you're looking to register and your landline supports texts then you can give this a go, or alternatively you can check status at any time by heading over to our coverage checker.

@Tollercranston If you have access to your online EE account, follow this link to your network updates page and when you login it should show any Myplace notifications you have setup and you should be able to click Remove to delete them.
You can also access this page to control your Myplaces by going to the service status page and when logged in click Get mobile network updates at the bottom.
If you are unable to find or delete the Myplace notifications from this page, then call 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone and our team can help remove them.
