I'm moving next week and having spent time in the new house (cornwall), I've realised I have no coverage (very occasionally 1 bar) - am I able to cancel my contract based on this as my new neighbours are all on different providers for this very reason?

Hi @Haswell01.
Welcome to the community.
I hope everything is going well with your home move, I understand it can be a stressful time!
Please give us a call and our customer care team will be able to look at your account and provide you with your options.
Katie 🙂

If you have broadband in your new home, then WiFi-calling allows you to use your phone without any recourse to mobile network service.
It will seamlessly handover to 4G-calling when outdoors. Your coverage is very similar to mine.

- Options for keeping contract while in Australia in Roaming
- I made the mistake in Mobile Services
- SMS not being received from multiple retailers in Mobile Services
- Lack of signal and failure to display mobile bill information in the EE mobile a in Mobile Network discussions
- Using an iPhone contract in a none iPhone device in SIM cards & Porting
