Hi @Victoria19911

Welcome to the community.

I know how important it is to have the phone working, especially when we rely on them so much now.

Are there any problems showing when you enter your post code on our network checker?

Michael

Apparently maintenance is being carried out in my postcode. Its just awkward has i need my mobile in case my sons school calls me

I know what you mean @Victoria19911

Do you have WiFi available at all? If you do, you can switch on WiFi Calling which is a free service that connects you to the network through the WiFi so you can call and text as normal while the work is taking place.

Michael

I’ve switched on the wi-Fi calling. How will I know when the maintenance has been done

You can sign up for updates on the network checker @Victoria19911

Once you have checked the status, click on 'Find out more', which will take you to the login screen for your EE account. When you login it will give you an option to receive updates on the network in the area.

You can also leave WiFi Calling on in the background as it won't impact the usage when the network is working as expected and will help if you have any trouble or are in an area with poor signal and an available WiFi connection.

Michael

It’s not coming up to receive updates

Have you been able to login to your account through the network checker? @Victoria19911

Yeah I’m logged in

@Victoria19911

I've just tried the steps for my address and once I'd entered the post code and it showed there was a problem, I clicked on the section saying 'Find our more', it then asked me to login, and when I did it took me straight to a page to set up notifications.

Can you show a screenshot of what you see? Please block out any personal details or post codes.
