I have been reporting this connectivity problem since August 2023, but it still has not been fixed.
I have been paying almost £40 every month for my mobile service, but I cannot use my mobile internet at home and I use another mobile carrier and wifi company because of mobile connection at home.
I think this is a serious issue, and it feels like a scam.
I need a clear solution on when EE will fix this and how.
Please let me know your plan and how you will compensate for this.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

You would need to reach out to our team, as we do not have account access here on the Community @Samko123.
When you speak with them they'll be able to look further into what has been happening and discuss compensation for this with you.

I tried to call contact centre but I couldn’t touch it because of waiting time. And then I tried to chat with chatbot but I couldn’t solve this issue.
I already overpaid for using mobile internet due to this issue.
