If I have unlimited data, why is my mobile data not working when I’m out? I’ve tried all troubleshooting ideas and there are no issues in my local networks

What happens when you try and use data when not connected to WiFi? 

What device are you using? 

Also,  if you log into your EE app, select, Profile > Settings and permissions > Manage settings > Data and usage > Use mobile data, is this turned on?
