I also get kicked off the app when I try using it and the website is of very little help. Can anybody give me sone guidance in how I am able to somehow contact EE

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.
Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.
If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

@R1111 , why is wifi calling not working for you?
If you are unable to speak to customer service, you would have to use another phone to speak to them, but I would definitely check whether there is a problem where you are, which you can do by logging on to your account and click on help then scroll down to where it says connection issues, click on it, you should then be able to report the fault there.

So have you used the "check status" > "report a problem" link? Or have you used "check coverage"? You've described both here. The "check coverage" option would give a coverage prediction which tallies with your comment of "it says coverage is good".... in which case use "check status" and "report a problem".
If you've done that, then great, you should get an automated response within an hour tops, and then it's just a waiting game.
As per @Schockwave - provide some more details about WiFi-calling and what happens... no detail is too small, there's no limit on how long your explanation is, if it helps another poster help you. Have you used the service before? Are you able to use other web-based stuff on your phone?
