Good morning @AnthonyHeys.

Thanks for reaching out to us via the EE Community.

Our Mods have just edited your post slightly to remove the bad language and the full postcode in your title, as we recommend not to share any personal information via these public forums.

If you've been encountering issues with your mobile connection recently, I'd recommend heading over to our network status checker.

As well as an estimate of overall coverage, this will let you know if we're aware of any issues nearby, and submit a problem report too.

@AnthonyHeys  Perhaps if you say what the issue is you might get help because no one here knows what your problem is if you don’t say.

You might want to read THIS and familiarise yourself with the community guidelines.

This isn’t customer support and if it was you’ll not get help if that’s how you should speak with someone who might be able to help you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
