Little to no service in my area - no resolution

I have been in contact with EE on a number of occasions with no luck about the issues with the mobile service in my area so I thought I'd try this forum. I live in Hartlepool and I started having problems with my mobile service about a month ago (it may have been longer as I called into the store to report it) but it's got to the point where I couldn't even make a 111 call the other week and I've just got an email from customer service saying I could leave as they couldn't help anymore, it was a known problem and they couldn't give me a date for a fix. I've checked coverage for my area and it's saying good but it's none existent on mine or my daughter's phones. Can anybody give me an update from EE?

The coverage levels won't differ depending on the number you're calling, all calls will be equally affected by any radio coverage issues.

If you use the "check status" option on the webtool, is there a recognised issue?

Hi, thanks for your response, just checked and there are recognised network problems in the area. I've managed to get a response from EE as well, since I posted this, and apparently it's a line of sight issue with the mast - they can't make the mast higher due to planning restrictions but they're in talks with the council. Hope they get it sorted soon as reception is terrible at home.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.
