Hi,
I live 15 minutes from my workplace at City Reach, Greenwich View Place, Isle of Dogs, E14 9NN.
On top of my work building, Vodafone and O2 provide excellent signal and internet service to their customers. Unfortunately, despite EE having the opportunity to join, they haven't.
As my colleagues that are with O2 and Vodafone get the best coverage and phone signal everywhere I mean everywhere in the lift, basement and underground car park and all the EE customers like my self don’t get non of that service.
I have been working here at City Reach for 9 years now and the internet service from EE was going great until three years ago it all started to go down hill.
For over three years now, there has been an ongoing issue with the network service in this area. The building in front of City Reach, formerly Northern and Shell, which had the EE Mas that provided the best signal and internet service however since the building has been under renovation from an office building into luxury apartments and still being built as we speak! Three years running and EE still could NOT get a mass up and running nearby not even a temporary place it’s pathetic!!! Three years now being effected and getting this poor service.
I have been a loyal customer since the days of One2One, and have been your service for 18 years now. It's unfair that customers like me continue to pay for a service that doesn't meet our needs, without any compensation for the lack of coverage and poor service. I hope this matter can be resolved soon.

I'm in Island Gardens and for the last nine months have had virtually no signal, I have to rely on Wi-Fi and when there's a power cut as happened recently I have no service. I bitterly regret taking out a two year contract and can't wait to terminate my relationship with EE.
