my phone number works fine while roaming, but my husbands number ( an additional line on my contract) will not make a call - every call ends with call failure. EE techs are aware of the problem & has happened to many customers roaming since the 18th April ‘25. All resets & trying alternative service providers don’t work either. totally unacceptable that after 10 days the problems not resolved > ps sms, email messaging & data are ok just can’t make a voice call>>

@RuffbarT , does your husband have roaming enabled on his account, as each number does have to have roaming on the account number and did he receive the welcome message on his number?
Just read, email, messaging and data, are they using wifi or actual data?
