Indoor coverage in the Childwall area of Liverpool is awful. There are places (including my house) where it is difficult to make a phone call that doesn't break up.
I think things have actually got worse since I moved over to 5GSA. There's no noticeable benefit in speed or reliability. In Fact, i'd say it's the opposite. There are times and places where mobile data is slow when connected to 5GSA and calls cut out in places that were previously fine.

Have you had a chat with our tech guides about this? @Philter
Indoor coverage is not guaranteed but they can have a look into the area in more depth to see if there is any problem in the area and check the expected 5G SA coverage.

Is this a recent problem?
When you say coverage has degraded, is this since you've been using 5GSA compared with 4G?
