Reporting a network problem

Hello, I’ve recently moved into a different area (West Derby, Liverpool) and the coverage has been very poor, although the network checker says it should be 4/5bars. All I get is 1bar and if lucky 2bars. During phone calls I keep breaking up and can’t really use my data as it crashes while loading anything. This is inside and outside the house. I gather the whole area has bad coverage as my partner who is on O2 has excellent service. So I’ve been trying to ‘report a problem’ under the coverage section but everytime I do it says at the very end ‘something went wrong’… (I am doing this at work where I have internet and service).
So I’m left unsure of what else I can do, I have been happy with EE prior the move and don’t really want to switch 😞

I would certainly recommend using the "report a problem" link perhaps using a different browser or connection - you mention recently moving into your new home, was the same problem evident when you viewed the property?

Unfortunately no network is ever likely to offer 100% indoor coverage, and for every spot where EE is the weakest network there's likely to be several others where the opposite is true, Anywhere you have indoor coverage problems for whatever reason, EE offer WiFi-calling that enables you to use your phone without any regard for mobile coverage.

Have you Checked Status of the Network Status Checker there and reported your problem via that link?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I’ve been trying to do that, but once filling in the answers and writing a shirt description the page goes - “something went wrong” and doesn’t submit it.
I have tried to do this from my work from two different pc’s where internet is good; tried it from my phone where I have good coverage with no luck.
Can I try and report it by calling someone?

Hi @L_Zee

Yes, if you call our Technical Support team, they can check the performance of the network and report this for you.
