I lost almost all 4G/5G signal at my office base in Plymouth, whereas up to about 10 days ago we had full signal on 4G/5G. I reported the problem via the app and I’ve had a message back saying there are no issues…?

If our network team have said that there are no problems in the area after you reported it, and there is nothing showing on our Network Checker, I'd recommend getting in touch with our tech guides so they can have a look into this further for you.
