Is this in an area you've previously had coverage? There may be a local outage if so - use "check status" on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
Does your phone have coverage in other areas? It may have a fault if not.
Do other EE users have service in this area? Try a 2way SIM swap if they do.
