does any 1 have trouble calling out mine keeps saying couldn't make call Try again later I have to keep resetting my phone so I can ring out

Does the phone show coverage indicators when you try making a call and it fails? Are you saying that restarting your phone resolves the issue, it later recurs and another restart resolves it?

Does toggling flight mode have the same effect?
