Good day, I need help.
more than a week ago, I topped up my EE account and bought a package for 15 pounds (unlimited calls and SMS) + 25 gigabytes of internet. But I have NO internet right now.
I have already reviewed all possible help functions on the EE app.
check my number and my package and connect the internet. Because I paid the money, but I can't use the Internet.

Does your phone show network coverage? Can you make & receive calls? Can you send & receive text messages?
Text BALANCE to 150, what's the response?
