I have just gotten a new Samsung galaxy A13 and I inserted a ee sim card into the first slot, and I topped up my card with £10, however after trying to text ee at 150, or anyone for that reason, I am greeted with , " can't send message, will send when network becomes available " this confuses me and I went into settings to manually connect and after clicking ee I am told that I am unable to connect? Please help me

@Alannah2 - Worth restarting the handset if you haven't already, also is the handset from EE or an unlocked handset?

It's an unlocked handset, brand new. I have tried everything. Except factory resetting

I guess you've tried the second sim slot on the phone? Also, do you have access to another handset to test the EE sim itself? (Family member or friend/housemate/etc) And another sim to double check the Samsung A13?

Yeah , I've tried the second slot, I can the sim in another phone but I don't see why the sim isn't working because its showing in the sim card manager settings, I'll try another sim in the phone

Do you think factory resetting would help at all?

Maybe see what the other sim card returns first before the factory reset? The handset is up to date with all its software too?
