No signal on 4GEE device

I have just been on the phone with a EE team member as I have had no signal since Tuesday and been informed its been down since the 9th September!! And no idea when it will be fixed!! Dreadful.

@anupra49  if that mast it’s on private land, they need the land owners permission to go over that land to access the mast. This has to be done every time they need to get to the mast. One to investigate and one  to take the parts of the mast and actually fix it.  The landowner might not have gave permission as they could possibly be out of reach.

If you've had no service since Tuesday 13th, that doesn't tally with a site outage since September 9th (last Friday) being the cause.

Do you know anyone locally who has an EE mobile?
