Have you tried restarting your device?
You can view any outages or reported problems for the area you are in on the EE Coverage and Network Status Checker, if you select 'check status'.

The signal checker wasn’t working till about 2am when it confirmed there was a problem. Phones are finally working now.

Signal keeps coming and going. Signal checker is still showing a problem in the TW11 area.
Even the EE App was out of action last night, but is working now.

You can register for updates on the network status checker and the network team will update you when the work is completed.
