Have you checked your area using the Status Checker? This will tell you what you should expect to be receiving and if there is any known issues.
If there is no known issues within your area and you aren't receiving the signal you should be I would recommend giving us a call so our technical care team can investigate further.

please do something as soon as possible the signal in PO28LB is very very weak I never have signal at home.

Do you only struggle for coverage indoors? Or do you have no service outdoors either?
Indoor coverage is never guaranteed, but WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone without needing network service.
As asked already, how long has this been the case?
