Was your holiday in the UK or abroad? Toggling mobile data is unlikely to make any difference if your phone is on the 2G network.

Does your phone have a menu option for disabling 4G or forcing 2G-only? Alter it to auto if so.

It’s a iPhone 15 pro 🙂

It was in Portugal. I’ve been there quite a few times with the same phone and I use my roaming data. This is the first time I’ve had a problem.  I have it on 5G and it’s on auto 5G. I even turn flight mode on a off 😂

Hi @Jade100

Thanks for coming back to us.

Is this happening in more than one location?

Could you try resetting the network settings, to do this go into your iPhone Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will restart the iPhone and remove any saved WiFi passwords.

Let me know how you get on 🙂

Leanne.
