Why is the signal getting worse week on week we your meant to be the best so why do all my friends and family on other networks always have better signal than me. It’s only been like this since you partnered up with BT. I won’t be renewing after 16 years

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing signal issues, could you check your postcode on our network status checker? 

The status checker will show if we have any reported problems in the area, if nothing is showing you can report this to our network team and this will be looked into.
