i switched from o2 and went into the shop to get a new sim, everything was fine and it worked when i switched (i didn’t have any data left) and i used my new EE, i was aware that something would happen as i would get my new phone number, but all of a sudden this afternoon i cant use my sim. its stuck on EDGE and i cant sent messages nor use data or do anything, i got a text saying my number changed but nothing happened. please help.

@itsjustmegabb Have you restarted the device since? And did you bring your 02 number over to EE by giving your PAC to EE ?

i got everything sorted about changing my phone number in the shop, and they got my pac number too… i’ve restarted my phone about 10 times and nothing works.

What model of phone are you using at the moment?
Have you had a chance to check our network status checker to see if there's anything that could be happening in the area to affect your connection, too?
