No data after renewal

Hey. 

So today my allowance have a renewal day... I logged in to my account and it shows that I have no data left whatsoever... 3 hours after renewal? Why? What's going on?

I have plan with 125GB data so I don't think I have use it today 😅

What happens if you try and access data on the device? 

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the full reply?

they are realy killing me lately 

And I have 125GB all year rounder data in mu plan

 

I don't know if you can see the picture. 

 

After sending BALANCE on 150, I recieved that in reply:

"our current charges to go onto your next bill are £0.00 (this excludes line rental, VAT & any unprocessed charges).Your current allowances are: Unlimited UK minutes and Unlimited UK texts.
You have 0MB remaining of your 0MB data allowance.
This will refresh 04 Jan 2025.
You have used 0Bytes of free data this billing period, Reply FREE USAGE  to see a full breakdown.
Have BT Broadband with us? Text DOUBLEDATA to 150 and (subject to a few eligibility checks) we'll double your Mobile data allowance.

I wonder, what is that?! "You have 0MB remaining of your 0MB data allowance."  ?

Don't worry, the images were awaiting approval. I have now done so & they should appear soon.

Your reply was from BT. Who are with for mobile, BT or EE?

That's my problem since very beginning. I had Sim only contract with BT at first but after EE and BT collaborate all Sim plans from BT was automatically taken by EE. But since EE updated my service after take over all my service messages are goijt to or coming from BT still....

Problem is still ongoing. I can see renewal was today but data allowance is 0MB while the full data amount is changing every 2 hours. From 0 to 100,then 200 and 350GB....

 

Not mentioned that still have some silly 3rs bar on, while everyone is saying it's off... Well it has stopped andndidn't work for 2 weeks now

I have the same problem today, but only on 1 account I have 3 (2 for kids). But I cannot gift data to them as it says I have no data left and I should have unlimited data.
