Can not find my allowance left data anymore

Hi, i have always seen my data allowance when i went into EE app but it’s not there and can not find it anywhere! Just like to check it to see how much left until it renews but it’s not showing me anymore

Hi alli have two phones on one account my number isn’t allowing me to add data but when I switch to my wife number it canany help? 

Gifting data

I am trying to gift data to my sons phone, which I do every month. However, it is saying I can't do it and that he has unlimited data. This is not correct (only has 250mb on his plan). How do resolve this issue?

Can I gift data to another person on ee but isn’t on my account 

Picture messages

Ive been charged for sending picture messages even though they were sent from an  iPad  signed into WiFi and not from mobile 

Hotspot on laptop

I can’t seem to find my phone as a hotspot no matter what I try, is this some kind add on that needs to get activated/disabled?
