Some what uncertain why this is happening on the 5G Coverage Checker Map, its become more common since a Map Update a few weeks back, depending on the type of Phone selected and Area will determine whether you can expect 5G Coverage or not, at first I thought it may be a case of EE's new 5G n28 Band being Rolled out in conjunction with the older 5G n78 Band, but that doesn't seem to be the case, this situation appears in various Areas of the Map and with various 5G Phones, here's an example -
Post Code - RM4 1TA, note the Maps 5G Signal Indicator is the same for both phone (4 Bars)
Phone 1 is Pixel 5 5G, You won't get 5G coverage on your Google Pixel 5 5G.
Phone 2 is Pixel 6 5G, You'll get great coverage outdoors and good coverage indoors on your Google Pixel 6
Both Phone are simular Specs in terms of 5G Bands, both have n28 and n77 & n78, in fact the only real difference is the Pixel 5 does not have Band n7 (a possible EE 4G Re Farmed Band) however EE do not operate any Re Farmed n7 in the Area.

Good spot, @EssexBoyEE !!
Intereting indeed that the predicted signal bars are identical, just the covering text differs.

Well considering I don't own any Pixel Phones and don't plan to, together with Im not in the Theydon Mount area and not planning on moving there anytime soon, it was a bit of a find.
The bit (or bits) I cant get my head around is the 'Yes you Will, No you Wont' get 5G Text is a Black and White answer, still strange that, but if you then look at the actual 5G Map Coverage you will see the Outdoor Coverage (Light Yellow) exist on both of the Phone Maps, but the Pixel 6 gets Indoor Coverage (Dark Yellow) which is missing from the Pixel 5.
Also if you look closer through out the entire Maps you can see some differences, be it very slight, in Indoor Coverage in other Areas also, so I'm wondering whether the two Phones are identical in 5G Coverage but the different Models bring up a Different or Older Map Data Coverage Overlay?

Just to let you know, they're still looking into this, @EssexBoyEE.
Both devices use the same/similar software, so it's on the coverage checker team's radar to try and figure out why it's different and make sure the information shows correctly.
Sorry, I posted a reply regarding this on a different thread by mistake.

Here's a couple more, 5G Routers this time, in my second post I mentioned the two pixels were different in term of the Maps Indoor and Outdoor (Light and Dark Yellow), as the Pixel 5 that had no 5G also didnt show any indoor Coverage on the Map. well the next Pics on the Routers clearly show both Routers have Indoor and Outdoor on the Map, despite the Checker will saying, one will get 5G and other wont, so just to add a bit more strangeness (you can compare with the Pixel 5 Map).
Same Post Code RM4 1TA, this time -
5GEE WiFi Router - You won't get 5G coverage on your EE 5GEE WiFi 2020.
EE 5GEE Router (2021) - You'll get great coverage outdoors and good coverage indoors on your EE 5GEE Router (2021).

Couple more for you to feed back.
This time Bristol Area, Sammy S21 5G and Pixel 5 5G, this time the post code BS23 1PR, both the Devices get the Thumps Up for indoor and outdoor 5G Coverage, but look at the massive difference in the 5G Coverage on both the Maps, from Bristol down to Weston Super Mare and out to Newport Areas .
