Coverage affected since upgrade

Hi there,

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 12 Pro to 14 pro and ever since have been having issues with signal. Previous locations where 4g was ok are now not working well or at all. I was wondering if you could help please?

Doesn’t seem to be. There aren’t any affected areas when looking up the surrounding areas available to search x

Have you checked the EE Coverage Checker to see if there are any reported problems in the area?

Can you clarify what you mean by "Previous locations where 4g was ok are now not working well or at all" - are you saying you're getting reduced 4G service? Or that you're seeing more 2G/3G in these areas?

yes reduced service. In some instances no signal at all.
