Do you know anyone else locally who uses 3UK or EE? Can you check with them if they have service?

@Rosen_gb   The current version of Android is 12.   You can only install android 13 if you want to install a beta of android 13 and installing beta software can come with issues,  I recommend you downgrade back to android 12.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

thanks for the reply but it's not easy to go back. I got the update from Samsung!

@Rosen_gb   That’s because you enrolled your device in to the beta program.   Forgive me for saying this but you are the instigator of this issue.  Perhaps you should be asking Samsung for help with this as it’s nothing todo with EE.    It might not be easy to go back to android 12 but unfortunately I think you might have to as you’re using beta software that you agreed to use knowing that issue/bugs will present in that software.

What is the logic of the other two networks having them and EE NO

@Rosen_gb  So the same sim in a different device is ok.  So that’s a device issue and as you say this happened when android 13 was as installed on it,   So it’s not a network issue it’s a device issue.    While that device might see other networks and not EE it doesn’t mean even with a sim from one of those other networks it’ll connect and you might find you’ll be able to see EEs network and not the network that this other sim belongs too.   Your issue is the device OS and this is what can happen with beta software.

I went back to android 12 and there is no difference. The other two networks are there, EE is not. Apparently the problem is not only in the phone. I will think about moving to another carrier
