Is there any way to actually speak to somebody from EE when you cant make phone calls?! My phone won't even let me Wifi call which is what I usually use as I live in a poor signal area.
I can't seem to find anywhere to start a live chat, it says messaging isn't available? I have also tried to upgrade my phone through the website but every time I click on any phone on the upgrade page it takes me to a "Sorry the page hasn't been found" screen.
Are there some serious tech issues today!?

There's a live chat and some contact numbers to call from another phone on our get in touch help page. With regard to upgrading through the site, could you try on a different device or browser please?
