If this happens in one location, you can report this on the status checker and the team will get this looked into @RyanCFC
Or, you can give us a call on 150 and the team will be able to look into this for you.

Is this a recent problem, and are other EE users also affected?
I'd recommend using "check status" on the online coverage tool , and then "report a problem" if nothing is shown.

Hi @RyanCFC
Does this happen with more than one number?
Are you connected to WiFi calling when this happens?
Thanks.

Thanks @RyanCFC
Do we have any signal issues showing on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker, for your area?
Thanks.
Leanne.

By means of clarification, are you saying this lack of outgoing audio is both caller-specific & location-specific?
Location-based issues would tend to suggest a radio network issue and affect all calls indiscriminately.
Caller-specific issues would tend to suggest a central-network issue and not be location-specific.
