Bad signal for the last 5 months

I have had EE inform me of maintenance in my local area since last year. I have had monthly messages telling me about this. 
We are now in 2026 and I still have no signal from 9am-6pm specifically. Strange how after 6pm I get 3 bars at least. 
EE will say no issues in my area then message me with signal issues and maintenance work is being carried out later. 
This is not a handset issue, literally bought a new phone yesterday and still facing the same issue. 

EE says they won’t have this chat with me on messenger there is no email and that I should call 150. But I have no signal!! 

I keep getting told that they will fix the network issue but no fix after 5+ months! I need urgent assistance here! Cannot make any important calls and I work from home so this is affecting my day to day!

Outages  such as you describe, are typical with short-term planned works whereby a daytime outage is necessary but service is restored out-of-hours. It's highly unusual to last for anything more than a couple of weeks at most.

I would strongly recommend using WiFi-calling in the meantime, it allows full use of your phone without needing mobile coverage.
