Area Black spots

I work in the outdoor leisure industry and network coverage is essential for our first responders. We operate on a large mountain covering a couple of thousand acres, and the summit being around 500 meters from our main center. The signal for most of the site is very good, but we do have some black spots in some key locations, which isn't ideal as these areas tend to be where we need a reliable signal the most. There is a mast nearby, so my question is, can this mast be improved in some way to cover our area better, or can we apply to have something on site, maybe some sort of extender, at our summit.

The design of new sites is usually based on input from network planners, in consultation with the planning & build process. The antenna height & orientation is rarely something decided without good reason.

It sounds like your location would require a bespoke coverage solution, something normally offered through either the corporate or special projects route. Out of interest, where roughly are you?

We're in South Wales, Abercanaid.

There are plenty of masts around us, but looking at a coverage map for said masts, it looks as though they cover everywhere around us, just not our direction.
