Second day in a row i cannot share data between my devices. It says Sorry we cant show this device's data right now. We will fix it soon. My question is HOW SOON? I need it today, please help

using an EE PAYG sim card in a tracker

Does anyone know if you can use an EE PAYG sim card in an OSMO tracker? I seem to be able to call the tracker but the tracker does not show up on the Aibeile APP and the message is : 4G GPS not enabled.
