I have noticed that whenever I am away from my accomodation, which has WiFi I can’t send or download WhatsApp photos or videos. I have found in another community chat that I have to enable permissions that are blocked but I haven’t been able to do so. The permission part ask for my IMEI and has no details about unblocking content which ideally is what is supposed to allow my WhatsApp function. Kindly assist

These symptoms are usually caused by your content lock being set too strictly.
