Can’t gift data

I am trying to gift data to my daughter. I have gifted to her before. It’s only showing one of my children’s lines, there isn’t a drop down. This is quite urgent as she needs mobile data to make sure she can get home safely

They're already data rich! The device you're trying to gift to has unlimited data  Im having the same problem today, cant gift data to my wife, any solution yet?

Data gifting

Hi,1. I am trying to gift data to a family member who is on my plan. My EE app is saying they aren’t on my plan when they are.2. It’s also saying they have unlimited data yet they don’t. Can anyone assist? Thank you
