Hello, I use my EE sim in a router at my caravan and season ends 3rd November. What are my options? Do I just stop my subscription? Is there standing charge ?

Is your SIM a pay-monthly or PAYG one?
If it's pay-monthly, then whatever you are paying per month will continue until you explicitly request a change.
