Would like to change plans

@Laurenhobbs19   Are you a contract or PAYG customer?  If on contract are you due an upgrade?  Do you want to lower your contract price?  If you’re not due an upgrade you can not lower your tariff cost until you are due an upgrade.  If you want to have more data allowance you can call customer services and request to be changed to a tariff that has more data obviously this will cost more.  

 Can you please be more specific on what you want and if your a contract or PAYG customer.

If you would like to upgrade to a SIM Only plan, you can view all options in your My EE account. 

Or, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help change the plan.
