I am not happy with this service that did not do me justice, they just want to mess with my account just to force me to buy a broadband contract. They mess with my account I cannot transfer a data gift. how can they do this to me? I pay a bill of more than £300 for five accounts I have every month. One of my accounts has unlimited data and I am allowed by the contract to transfer the data gift to all my other accounts. For six months now I have a problem that I cannot give any of my other accounts a data gift because they cheat and set up by hiding this account that has unlimited data that does not appear on the app or the website. When I called them after waiting hours and told them about the fault, they only replied with sorry and did not fix the fault. On top of all this, they offer me a broadband offer if I take the contract they will give me free unlimited data to all my accounts. Already I have one of the unlimited data numbers and I can gift data to all my accounts by contract, I do not need their offer. The problem begins with hiding the number that has Unlimited Data so that I cannot transfer data to my other accounts. I am very upset with their poor service, almost a scam. Besides, I have issues in the past been stolen my numbers many times and then retrieved them after several months. Since I have never failed to pay my bills and they punish me with these actions, from today onwards I will delay payment until my contracts end and I leave this scam company.

@Alibabablue If you choose not to pay that will only effect you. It’s your credit score after all not to mention it'll cost you more then what you’ll pay to see out these contracts, ie late payment fees and then perhaps if you continue not to pay it’ll be handed over to a debt collector and they’ll add there own fees on top of what you owe and that you’ll have to pay.
If the unlimited data contract is on your account it’ll show on your account. Did you take it out via your account or did you just take out a new contract that has its own account?
