4G antenna install?

I've read previous posts that EE install (or use someone) to install external 4G antennas. Do they still do this service please? No 5G in my area I'm afraid.Thank you

Resolved! Mobile Data not working on Android

My Redmi Note 10 Pro phone will only connect to the internet via WIFI. I have just bought a mobile data add on which I cannot work out how to use. I have tried all the fixes suggested on the internet apart from a factory reset.

data gifting

want to gift data from my unlimited broadband account to my mobile dongle (used in our caravan). Have plenty data - but when I log-in I'm told service is not available "try again later" - I have been trying for 5 days now!
