Gifted data lost.

i gift data to my family every month.  This month the gifted data left my account but hasn’t arrived  at the other accounts.

How do I get the lost data reinstated?

Have had this issue today, data gifted to one of my numbers on 07/02/24 (do this each month) and definitely showed as transferred, all of a sudden today they are saying they have run out of data, and the gifted data is missing. I've contacted customer service on chat

Power cycling the devices had no effect what so ever.

the fault appears to lie on the EE servers.
