Hello. I'm trying to gift data to the other phone number on my account but I can't find the option anywhere. The last time I wanted to gift data I had to call and speak on the chat with an agent but now it's too late and can't get in contact with anyone. Why is it not coming up on my app or website when I log in?

Hey. No. The other number is under my father's name.

You can't gift data between nos. under diff a/c's. They have to be both in the same person's name under the 1 MyEE family a/c, not PAYG nor a No-Frills contract. See How to gift mobile data to someone .

No sorry just double checked. Both numbers are under the same account. But the option is not coming up anywhere.

I'd recommend reaching out to our team so they can look into why you're not able to do this yourself and get this sorted moving forward.

If you mean on the app, data gifting is under Management, phone and SIM and then scroll down. Wish it was easier to navigate.

If I tap on Phones & SIM it bring me on to the website with all the phones available to buy, still not showing me the option

Gift data in the EE app or online Data Gifting lets you move data around your family's phones and plans on your account when someone's low. You can do this by logging in to EE.

Please follow the steps at How to gift mobile data to someone to do this.
